During the session, I will ask specific questions to better understand the scope of the issue you are seeking to overcome. It will give us a blueprint of where you are and where you want to be to move toward long-lasting positive change. When old, outdated emotions and beliefs are processed, resolved and healed then symptoms and behaviors go away so you can begin a journey toward a healthy, positive, and happy life.
I will explain the hypnosis process and answer all your questions to ensure you are comfortable with the process. Because each person has different issues and goals, therapy will be customized for your needs.
I am well trained, and you can trust that I will be with you every step of the way.
It is not the objective in hypnosis to put you to sleep. Expect to feel nothing more than just relaxed. I am trained to lead you through the process. Your job is to relax, observe and report. You will remember everything that happens.
Your biggest job is to bypass analytical/critical thinking. No expectations, no analysis, just total relaxation. The more you analyze, the less your subconscious can be accessed. I help you relax and let go of all that logical clutter that holds you back from working with your subconscious.
In hypnosis, you will follow suggestions that relate to discarding the issues, emotions and beliefs that no longer serve or apply to you and move you to a new and different way of thinking. It is cumulative and progressive. Each suggestion, affirmation and image pave the way for the next.
When you emerge from the hypnosis session, you will feel refreshed, and the suggestions will manifest themselves in your conscious behavior.
At the end of the initial session, I will estimate how many sessions you will need based upon the complexity of the issue. Everyone is different and while some clients successfully clear an issue in as little as one session, it will normally take up to six sessions or more. Statistics show:
Psychoanalysis: 35% recovery after 600 sessions
Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
Hypnotherapy: 93% effective after 6 to 8 sessions
Clearly hypnotherapy is a less expensive, faster and more effective option to consider.
I also use Eye Movement Techniques (EMT’s), Neurolinguistic Program techniques (NLP), tapping and other helpful techniques to assist in the process.
Hypnotherapy is not a panacea. But if you are open and willing, it can move the needle on transforming negative emotions and eliminating or defeating behaviors that you may struggle with on a daily basis, reframing and metamorphosizing your life.
